I am facilitating individual and group healing sessions that bring the receptors back to their feeling, sensing and knowing centres through incorporating sequences of body work, healing sound frequencies and meditations to help recipients develop insights into their unconscious processes so they can self heal.

Practicing deep listening to magnify the capacity to go within the self in order to restore, nourish and release our human potential as species, and bring back forgotten brain paths for sensing, being and perception. Reconnecting with knowledge that come from within, (currently inaccessible by culture and conditioning), that store important data to self resilience and reliance.
